Integrity’s corporate wellness programs are designed identical to our franchise model. Because there is such a disparity between each individuals’ health status it is important to evaluate them specifically. That is why our health coaching programs are carefully chosen to meet the needs of your specific employee populations. The many challenges faced by corporations today are absenteeism, low productivity (presenteeism) and the high costs of healthcare.

Keep in mind that cardiovascular disease, type II diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol can be mostly controlled by exercise and better food choices. Our proprietary EZ Coach system allows your company to provide each employee with the education necessary to become healthy and fit. This guidance keeps all these “health” conditions in check increasing productivity, increasing profitability and lowering your healthcare costs.

Our wellness professionals will design and set up a complete wellness center within your facility (1000–2000 square feet required). In your facility we would staff one of our certified health coaches to design complete wellness programs onsite.
