The EZ Coach System

At Integrity Health Coaching for Women, we have spent over 15 years developing the EZ Coach system.  The EZ Coach system teaches the members “how” to exercise. This method empowers them and keeps them engaged in exercise in our facilities for much longer than the typical health club.

Our patented EZ Coach technology is the core of the Integrity business model.  With EZ Coach it takes approximately 1.5 hours of labor cost to provide a member with 8-weeks of coaching.  Compare this small expense to the average hourly cost of personal training and you immediately see the value proposition Integrity has over the conventional fitness centers.

This savings in labor is what allows Integrity to pass affordable pricing onto the customer.  This reduces payroll costs, increases member retention and gives us a competitive edge in the fitness arena. This technology permits for more profit margins to our franchisees.
